Brow lamination sets your brow hairs into a fuller or neater shape. It can help if your hairs grow in different directions, or if you want a brushed-up look. The £45 appointment takes 60 minutes and includes a tint and shape.

What happens at your appointment
I’ll ask how you want your brows to sit. Some clients want a fluffy shape. Others want unruly hairs to lie neatly together. I map the brows to your face and let you check the shape in the mirror.
I cleanse and brush the brows, then wax stray hairs. I brush the hairs into position and hold them with water-soluble glue. The first solution relaxes the hair so I can straighten it. I remove it after about five minutes, then apply a setting solution for about five minutes.
Once I’ve removed the products, I finish the shape and apply the included tint. A conditioning serum goes on at the end. You’re the only client in the room, so you can tell me if you’d rather keep the shape neat than brush it up.
Is it right for you
Lamination suits brows with hairs that grow in different directions. It can make sparse areas look fuller by changing how the existing hairs sit.
If you want colour on the skin beneath sparse brows, henna brows may suit you better. If you want your brows lighter, I also offer brow bleaching as a separate treatment.
I don’t recommend brow lamination during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, because there isn’t enough research on its effects at those times. I can’t carry out the treatment without a patch test.

Before you come
New clients need a free patch test. Without it, I can’t do the treatment. Tell me whether you usually brush your brows up, keep them neat or fill in any gaps. That helps me understand the shape you want.
Aftercare
- Keep your brows dry for the first 24 to 48 hours.
- Apply the castor oil from your aftercare pack before bed.
- After a shower, brush the hairs into place with the spoolie provided.

What does the process involve?

Does it hurt?
Lamination works on the brow hairs. Unlike microblading, it doesn’t place pigment beneath the skin. You still need a patch test before I can treat you.

The result can last four to eight weeks. The timing depends on your natural hair growth cycle.

Keep the brows dry for 24 to 48 hours. After that, you can wash them and brush them back into place. Use the castor oil and spoolie brush in your aftercare pack.
