About Heather, brow and lash artist in Brighton
I'm Heather, and I opened Brighton Brows in 2017. Before that, I worked in a busy beauty salon in the centre of Brighton. I liked the work, but I wanted a more personal, relaxed way to do it. I wanted enough time to understand what each client had in mind and to make a result that suited them.
So I set up one treatment room at my home in Patcham. I see one client at a time. When you're here, the room and the appointment are yours.
Training
I'm a fully qualified beauty therapist. I graduated in 2012 with a BA (Hons) in Makeup Artistry. My degree led me into semi-permanent makeup and lashes, and I continue to train. I'm planning to take a lip blushing course in January 2027.
Training matters to me because the work sits on your face. I want to understand the treatment I'm doing and give you clear answers before we start. You can read about microblading and lash extensions if you're comparing treatments.
How I work
I map each brow to your own face before a brow treatment. Then I give you the mirror so you can check the shape. Please tell me if something doesn't feel like you. I'd much rather talk it through before I begin.
I'll also tell you when I think a treatment isn't right for you, or when you don't need it. You don't have to arrive knowing the names of every technique. Tell me the result you're hoping for, and I'll explain the options I offer.
What to expect from me
You can expect a private appointment in my studio, with no other client in the room. You can ask questions and take your time over a decision, especially with semi-permanent brows. I'll tell you what the appointment includes, how long it takes and what it costs.
