Studio policies in Brighton
Patch tests
New clients must have a free patch test before tinting, lash lifts, extensions, lamination, henna or semi-permanent makeup. Please allow at least 24 hours before your appointment. I can't do the treatment without the required test.
Deposits
I ask for a £75 deposit when you book microblading, micro-shading or powder brows. It comes off the treatment price on the day. If you tell me at least 48 hours before the appointment, I'll refund the deposit or move it to a new date. Please contact me if you need to ask about your deposit.
Cancelling or moving an appointment
Please give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. I understand that emergencies happen. As I see one client at a time, notice gives me a chance to manage the diary. You can find my number on the contact page.
Running late
Please try to arrive on time, as I don't have a waiting room. If you're more than 15 minutes late, I may need to rearrange your appointment. That protects the time set aside for the next client. Text me if you know you're running late.
Bringing someone with you
A friend may sit quietly and wait if you need them to. Space in the room is limited. If you'd like to bring a child, please ask me first, as it depends on the treatment. Please tell me before your appointment if you plan to bring someone, so I know who to expect.
Health, medication and pregnancy
If you take medication, have recently had an operation, are pregnant or have a medical condition, please speak to me and your doctor before treatment. Some conditions or medication mean I cannot do a treatment. Semi-permanent brows are not suitable if you're under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding. During pregnancy, I recommend another patch test, even if you've had one before.
Photographs
I may take photographs of my work during your appointment. I share photographs of your treatment only with your written consent. You can read how I handle your details on the privacy page.
