Start with a free patch test if you're booking tinting, a lash lift, lash extensions, brow lamination, henna or semi-permanent makeup. It takes 10 to 15 minutes and must happen before the treatment. Without the required patch test, I can't go ahead with your appointment.

Good to know
Semi-permanent brow appointments need a £75 deposit when you book microblading, micro-shading or powder brows. The deposit comes off your treatment price on the day. If you tell me at least 48 hours before the appointment, I'll refund the deposit or move it to a new date.
Please give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. If you're more than 15 minutes late, I may need to rearrange it to protect the next client's time. I take payment at the appointment by card, cash or PayPal.
