• There is a first time for everything! I have never had my eyebrows done. I thought it was for younger people and not me! (I'm 60 ish!) but I bit the bullet and contacted Heather, I was nervous, I had no idea what to expect, but there was no need yo have worried ! Heather is friendly and welcoming, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease in a homely environment, and more importantly Heather did a marvelous job, I love my eyebrows Heather. they look so natural, and I feel so comfortable with them! ... • This is the best place I have had a eyelash lift and tint done by far I love the fact a filler is offered (something to help your lashes be in better condition) the price is cheaper than any other place I know but the best place to do it! The lady doing the treatment is very lovely too, all round extremely happy, no where else beats brighton brows! X

• Totally unreliable! My appointment was cancelled last minute and instead to offer reschedule I was given recommendations - firstly to the place where the salon do not even do services I was booked for and second with not great reviews. Although I can't rate the treatment itself I feel like this was really unprofessional way of dealing with the client! Personally, I wouldn't recommend it!

• The whole experience was really nice very welcoming and chatty - wasn’t awkward at all! I’m a little disappointed with the lash lift as some eyelashes aren’t straight so when applying mascara aren’t fully separated and sadly they havent lifted as much as I’d hoped in comparison to one I had done at a beauticians previously.

• I had Microblading & eyelash extensions carried out by Heather... Really happy with both treatments. Microblading is a really expensive treatment everywhere you go, but Heather always has great offers on to make this a totally affordable procedure, with absolutely no compromise on the service given. Appointments can be hard to get as they get snapped up quick but Heather always manages to fit you in even at short notice - she has created space for my eyelashes on a couple of occasions past her working hours which is amazing. Goes above & beyond for her customers, professional, lovely to talk to & nothing is too much trouble... she really listens to what look you want as well as advising on what look will suit your current eyebrow shape! I was a bit apprehensive having Microblading done, but I'm so pleased I did & Heather has definitely gained a client for life. Thank you Heather X

  I booked to have Eyelash Extensions through Treatwell but unfortunately can't figure out how to leave a review on that!

  Heather was just lovely - so professional and I love the lashes as they look really natural and not over the top. She asked how I wanted them and they were perfect! On top of that, we chatted away the whole time...she really put me at ease and is just a lovely person.

  I will definitely be coming back for in-fills and a chat :)
